Cub Scout recognized for heroic act
BRICK TOWNSHIP — It only took an instant for Christopher Gall to embody all of the ideals he learned in the Cub Scouts.
Gall, 8, was enjoying a summer day in August, swimming in his grandmother’s pool in Point Pleasant, when an 11-year-old boy slipped under the water.

Well, here I am with more excuses of why I haven’t done a show.
Just like all of you, the Christmas season is in full swing in my world. Between regular Christmas stuff and some “special” circumstances and getting used to my first “single dad” Christmas season, I just keep running out of time.
Have no fear though. I will return soon. In the meantime, check out my show with Mr. Bob, The Scout Roundtable Podcast.

KINGSTON - Becoming an Eagle Scout is no easy task. Very few young men do it. It takes time, lots of time, commitment, energy, knowledge, compassion, and drive, but that is what three young men in Kingston have sent out to accomplish by the spring of 2007. Tim and Dan Benza, along with Colby Alves, all Silver Lake High School students, are working on their Eagle Scout award.

kare11.com :: KARE 11 TV - Boy honored for cool head in scary situation
It’s extraordinary circumstances that make ordinary people heroic. Just ask 13-year-old Luke Hougo, he knows that truth all too well.
This past September, Hougo was on a school bus with about 20 other kids from Capitol Hill school in St. Paul when the bus began rolling down a hill.
