    You asked how to cut the pack meeting down to 1 hour…something that I struggled with for a while now but I think I have it…the unit puts out a newsletter with all the important stuff-upcoming events, etc and that is handed out to everyone as they enter the meeting. ALso, the advancement chair does a beautiful job of putting the awards in a little snack size bag and writing a little summary of what the awards were for the den on an index card. We also give the awards to the dens as they come up to perform their song or skit. Just some things we do to help cut the time down…mine were steadily 90 minutes…it was tough!!!
