Scout helps troops

PLAIN TWP. He’s only 15, but Eli Barker already is answering the call of local Air Force recruiters.
The GlenOak High School freshman and Troop 265 Boy Scout hasn’t enlisted, but he is hoping to make life a little more enjoyable for the troops stationed in Kuwait by collecting new and used DVDs to send overseas.
