Scouts prepare turkey dinner
SPRINGFIELD - Anthony Martinez’s family has celebrated Thanksgiving in his native Dominican Republic for the past two years.
With his 6-year-old twin daughters, Patricia and Sarah Maria, receiving treatment at the Shriners Hospital for Children, Martinez thought they would spend Thanksgiving alone at the Ronald McDonald House without a turkey dinner.
