Monache senior dubbed Male Youth of the Year

Volunteerism is second nature to the Porterville Chamber of Commerce’s 2006 Male Youth of the Year, Monache High School senior Chris Cosart.
“Being active in the community, it’s just part of me,†Cosart said. “I just can’t stand to be at home doing nothing. It just feels good to be out and doing stuff.â€
